Return & Replacement Policy
We understand that sometimes things can go wrong during shipping. If you receive a damaged or broken item, don’t worry — we’ll replace it for you.
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.
- The customer will bear the return shipping charges.
- Once we receive and verify the damaged product, a new replacement will be sent to you promptly.
Please note that we currently do not offer cash refunds, only replacements for damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used Shilajit products cannot be returned or replaced.
